Policies and data requests

MOVLIVO processes account data, organisation profiles and platform activity in order to operate the directory, sourcing, collaboration and communication features described on this site. The lawful basis for this processing is the performance of a contract with your organisation and legitimate interests in operating a business network.

Public organisation profiles are visible to visitors, including the business contact details the organisation chooses to publish. Personal contact details of individuals are not published by default. Private records — including RFQs, quotations, project workspaces, messages and verification evidence — are restricted to the parties involved through access controls enforced in the application's data layer.

Data is retained for as long as the account or organisation remains active, and for the period required to satisfy legal, tax and dispute-resolution obligations afterwards. Retention periods by data category must be finalised before launch.

To be completed before launch: controller identity and address, sub-processor list, international transfer mechanism, retention schedule and the designated data-protection contact.

Organisations are responsible for the accuracy of everything they publish, including capabilities, certifications, prices, lead times and availability. MOVLIVO does not verify, endorse or guarantee any listing, and does not act as an agent, broker or party to any commercial agreement between members.

Verification badges reflect a review of evidence at a point in time and are not a warranty of quality, solvency or regulatory compliance. Imported or administrator- seeded profiles remain marked as unclaimed until ownership is proven.

Content that is misleading, impersonates another organisation, or breaches confidentiality must be reported. Moderators may restrict accounts and remove content pending review.
